• Arriva entered the Czech Republic transport market in 2006

We entered the market in 2006 with the acquisition of Transcentrum Bus, which is based in Mladá Boleslav and operates in the Støedoèeský region with additional services in the regions of Liberecký and Královéhradecký.

There, we operate commercial services as well as contracted services to local authorities, contracted private services and a travel agency.

Our Bosak Bus business is based south west of Prague and operates contracted services and some private transport service contracts. Arriva's Osnado Spol business provides urban, suburban and long-distance bus services in the north-east of Prague.

Arriva strengthens its position in the Czech Republic with the acquisitions of Bosak Bus s.r.o and Osnado Spol s.r.o.

2006
Arriva enters the Czech bus market with the acquisition of Transcentrum Bus s.r.o, operating to the north of Prague.
